Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 DOE per annum + Benefits

Solid understanding of MS Office / Excel
Hands on experiance of working with Crew Training Requirements
Working understanding of EASA FTL & necessary training requirements
Solid understanding of specialist aviation software such as Sabre
Understanding of union agreements. 

Responsibilities:

Working collaboratively with all team members and departments from crew control to pre-ops teams ensuring any training disruption is recovered in an efficient manner.
Design crew rosters with sabre IAW EASA FTL regulations, FRMS policies and crew agreements.
Fully utilise Sabre's systems to create fair, efficient and safe rosters to industry leading standards.
Ensure sufficient standby crew coverage to meet operational demands.
To identify choke points in any roster and utilise your creative skill to provide solutions while finding efficiencies.
Plan all initial and reoccurrence crew training requirements for candidates in training and instructors.
Design and deliver an optimised crew training plan that balances operational resiliency with delivery of qualified crew.
Ensure all conference rooms / classrooms / simulator time is scheduled in accordance with crew truing requirements / plan
Ensure that all trining records are updated and maintained within all relevant systems while monitoring Sabre to ensure all crew are operating with all required qualifications.
Liaising with internal and external training providers ensuring all training requirements are met.
Plan all crew vacation in line with crew agreements.
Produce and review data to support continues development and improvement of crew scheduling / training plans.
Analysis of all current flying programs to identify potential adjustments that could improve pairing efficiency for Crew.
