CAS Recruitment are proud to be recruiting a Technical Services Engineer on behalf of one of our prestigious European Aviation Clients who is rapidly expanding. If your currently a Technical Services Engineer or have experiance of managing heavy maintenance inputs on 737CL/ NG's then read on.

We are looking for a candidate with an outgoing personality that has experiance of Technical Liaison Engineering, Aircraft Engineering and Project management. 

This will be a challenging but very rewarding role that comes with a great deal of autonomy and reports directly to the Technical Director. You will be making decisions on behalf of our client during maintenance inputs at 3rd party MRO's, using your engineering experience and positive proactive attitude to achieve successful outcomes. No two days will be the same as you Liaise with MRO's, Tech Records, Tech services and Logistics while managing the maintenance input, ensuring our client receives VFM and providing regular progress reports.

We are looking for a candidate who is outgoing, organised and flexible. A candidate that can communicate effectively while forming excellent working relationships both internally and externally while having the confidence to stand their ground but equally adapt in diplomacy & Negotiation.

It's vital that the candidate has a solid understanding of base maintenance activities, PART M / PART 145 with familiarity of Structural repairs, SD's, AD's and modifications with the flexibility to travel and work outside of the UK for a limited period of time.
